Why is my login email not accepted?

If you have a PECB Account: Please make sure to log in with the email address associated with your PECB Account or your ID Number. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact our Customer Service team by dropping a service ticket.

If you have a Trainer Account: If you have become a PECB Certified Trainer after October 2018, then your PECB Account and Trainer Accounts are linked with the same pair of credentials. Simply use the profile switcher at the top-bar of your PECB Dashboard to switch from one profile to another.

If you have become a PECB Certified Trainer before October 2018, and you are not able to access your Trainer Dashboard, please contact our Customer Service team by dropping a service ticket.
